This rental is luxurious in every aspect, and offers quality accommodation for couples, or families alike.

The apartment is only 45 mins from Alicante, and only 5kms from Altea, with it's old town full of amazing restaurants, and cobbled streets with artists galleries, and quaint shops. Altea, also has a clean beach and a buzzing promenade, without being too commercial.

Further Details of 2 Bedroom Apartment: This is 2 bedroomed light and airy apartment, with front line access to the sea. The apartment has marble floors throughout and luxurious fittings, and bespoke furniture. What makes this place special of course is the large terrace which offers space to dine al fresco whilst listening to the waves beneath the cliff. The terrace has been planted with jasmine, and lavender, which create a rich scent in the evening, and when all the candles are lit, it is a truly magical place to entertain. The property has an underground car parking space, and the communal area offers a well maintained pool, and sunbathing areas. The whole apartment has air conditioning to keep it cool in summer, and warm in winter. Although a car is a necessity, all the nearby facilities, are only a short drive away, and with a such a magnificent view at the apartment, you may decide to stay in anyway. There is a marina within walking distance with sea food restaurants and bars.

Location: Nearby attractions are old Altea, beaches at Altea, Calpe. For divers, the cliffs opposite the apartment offer great diving with various caves. For golfers this area offers some fabulous golf courses, there are also great walks, and mountains to climb, for the more active. Altea town has great shops, and Benidorm is only a 20 mins drive away. There is also a marina, 5 mins down the road from the apartment, with great fish restaurants, and boats that can be rented out for the day. Although a car is necessary, the roads are easy to navigate, and all attractions are no further than 30 mins by car in either direction. The coastal road has tremendous views, altogether this area has a beautiful coast, which is not too over commercialised.

The deposit is 50% of the rental fee, and a damage deposit is required of £150, (200 euros) which should be paid on arrival, the cash will be refunded on your day of departure, if no damages have been reported. Price does not include final clean which is £50 extra. Towels, and beach towels are also provided. You will be met by our local agent on your arrival, to show you around the apartment, and to hand over the keys. Customers booking from europe can pay in euros, by bank transfer. A welcome pack is included on arrival.
