	Main bedroom has a king size double bed, bedside tables, large built in wardrobes, electric shutters on all windows and doors. Doors opening to large terrace, with view to Mijas and to the sea. This bedroom has the first bathroom en-suite. Second bedroom has two standard sized single beds, built in wardrobes and electric shutters on the windows. The view is over the lake and the fountain towards the club house. In the lounge, there is a sofa bed that easily unfolds to a full size double bed with a comfortable mattress.

	The first bathroom is ensuite to the first bedroom. It has two sinks, WC, bidet and very large jacuzzi bath, plus overhead shower. Second bathroom contains two sinks, WC, bidet, walk in shower, plus normal bath which also has an overhead shower. Towels are supplied for use inside the apartment.

A large LCD (32 inch) TV and a sky decoder is connected to the satellite that supplies free view channels (BBC, ITV channel 4 and 5 plus a selection of others), plus if you have your own sky card, you can bring that with you and put that in the available slot in the decoder to get the same channels you have at home. The doors from the lounge open onto a large terrace with views of the mountain, Mijas village and the sea. A table with seating for 6 people provides a comfortable way to enjoy any meal or drinks whilst taking in the view.
