The Costa del Sol: The southern coast of Spain, which includes the famous Costa del Sol, runs along the beautiful, clear green Mediterranean Sea, sometimes only a few miles from the coast of Africa. The Costa region attracts holidaymakers year after year, drawn by sandy beaches, family beach resorts, spectacular mountain scenery, traditional Moorish villages, fantastic fiestas, excellent restaurants and the reliably hot sunny weather on Spain’s southern Mediterranean coast.

Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos de Marbella: In Puerto Banus there are two large modern shopping centres, numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques as well as the famous harbour accommodating some of the Mediterranean's finest yachts. The beautiful beach lies just to the east of the marina protected by a jetty. There are a large variety of restaurants including Thai, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and American, as well as the fantastic local fare. Puerto Banus also has exceptional nightlife, try Linekars and The Mambo Club for a great late night drink. Play golf day or night at Dama de Noche Golf club. This 9 hole course, located directly next door to the Los Naramjos complex has floodlights to enable you to play after dark. The perfect spot to play while admiring the La Concha Mountain.

How to get there: Step 1 : Get a Flight to Malaga -Your first step is to get a flight to Malaga Airport - Over 20 UK airports offer direct flights to Malaga. The return cost from the major UK airports is typically £60-£120, with plenty of late bargains available. Typically, groups renting our apartment will catch an early-morning flight on a Saturday morning, arriving in Malaga mid-late morning, arriving at our apartment around lunchtime. The typical flight time is 2-4 hours, depending on your originating airport in the UK. Step 2 : From Malaga Airport to the Apartment - Malaga Airport is around a 45 minute journey from Los Naranjos de Marbella. Malaga Airport is Spains 4th Largest, handling over 12 million passengers a year. As a result, it has superb transport connections to nearby Marbella and Puerto Banus. You therefore have a choice of ways of getting from the Airport to the apartment. Taxi (Max 4 People). There are several taxi ranks at Malaga airport. Most taxis carry a maximum of 4 passengers.

.... Journey Time : 40-45 Minutes. Cost : Approximately 60-70 Euros. Bus - There is a bus terminal at Malaga Airport, which will take you directly to Marbella Town. Checkout the Malaga Airport Bus Timetable. Journey Time : Approx 45 minutes to Marbella. Cost : Approx 5 Euros Per person. Once in Marbella town, a 5 minute taxi ride will take you to the apartment in Puerto Banus. Transfer Service - You will be met in your arrivals hall by your own driver, who is waiting to help you to your car or minibus (depending on the number of people in your group). The driver will then take you directly to our apartment. Airport Transfers are often the preferred choice for larger groups, or for people who don't want the hassle of queuing for a taxi, or catching the bus. Journey Time : Approx 40-45 minutes to your apartment. Cost : 60-100 Euros.

Further Information: No smoking in apartment. No pets allowed. Only those named at the time of the rental may use the property. No more than 6 people can stay in the apartment, except in the case of children under four years old. You will find the apartment clean on arrival, and you must therefore leave the apartment in good order at the end of the rental period. Additional cleaning charges may be levied against the deposit, if the flat is not left in a reasonable condition, as defined by the owner. The person signing the booking form is responsible for the good behaviour of his/her party. Should anyone in the party behave in such a manner that it is not acceptable, the owners may ask you to leave the flat and report the matter to the relevant local authorities. You are fully responsible for purchase of travel insurance, and your arranging of travel insurance is a precondition of booking the apartment. If you fail to purchase travel insurance, we accept no liability for any adverse consequences as a result

Security Deposit : A security deposit of £100 must be paid when paying the main balance of your holiday. This covers the cost of any damage or breakages during your stay in the property and its contents, inside and outside, excluding normal wear and tear. The security deposit will be forwarded to you on your return to the UK, less any deductions for damages reported to us by the designated key holder. In the event of you choosing to cancel your stay for any reason prior to arriving at the accommodation, the following cancellation and refund policies apply. Booking Deposit - Non refundable. Security Deposit - Refunded in full. Balance Payment - The balance payment is refundable on a sliding scale, determined by how close your cancellation is to the date of your stay. Less than 30 days : No refund of balance payment. 30 days - 45 :75% refund of balance payment (less any bank transfer costs). 45 days + : 100% refund of balance payment (less any bank transfer costs).
